**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for administration, customer service, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, responding to their queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in members and visitors.
- Process and manage administrative tasks, such as camp reservations , preparing documents, maintaining records, and creating and maintaining schedules and events.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring that all logistical details are in place.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to the board.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage office finances and keep accurate records.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the board.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to handle diverse personalities and situations.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service.
