The Requirements
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society with at least 15 years of relevant experience
- Expectation to meet qualification standards to sign NAIC Statements of Actuarial Opinion for year-end 2024
- Deep knowledge of the North America P&C insurance market, including commercial lines, reinsurance and current and emerging topics
- Experience with multinational and/or global portfolios, and legacy liabilities
- Ability to build strong relationships, and to influence decision-making at senior levels
- Self-driven, comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing innovative solutions
- Practiced in leading complex, high-profile projects, and communicating technical insights to non-actuarial executive audiences
- Available to travel as needed
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Approval by Bermuda Monetary Authority to sign as LRSO
- Active in relevant professional or trade associations
- Consulting experience at senior levels
- Familiarity with ResQ, WTW’s reserving technology

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $290,000 USD -$360,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
