As the VP of AI, you will spearhead the development and implementation of AI strategies to revolutionize our human capital solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build AI-driven products, and optimize operational processes. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for leveraging AI technologies to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in AI strategy development and implementation, preferably in a human capital or related industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Success in powering products and platforms with AI and Data Science models and operationalizing these solutions at scale.
- 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 6+ years in leading and managing large teams in a product organization
- Knowledge in AI, Analytics, and visual storytelling.
- Experience across the ML landscape, including natural language processing, anomaly detection, recommendations, personalization, statistical learning theory, deep learning, and advanced analytics.
