Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in data entry and using CRM software
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus for this role
