Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and exceptional phone etiquette. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
Experience:
- Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Experience in a law office, medical receptionist role, real estate administrative position, or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
