Job Description:

TruShine Services seeks an Office Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while enhancing our online presence and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, manage schedules, and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, assist in preparing and editing reports and presentations.
- Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies, coordinate office equipment maintenance, and ensure our workspace remains clean and orderly.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for TruShine Services' social media platforms.
- Marketing Tasks: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, assist with email campaigns, and help maintain and update our website.
- Blog Posting: Write, edit, and publish insightful and SEO-optimized blog posts relevant to the commercial cleaning industry and company updates.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments, staff, vendors, and clients, and assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Support for Senior Staff: Provide administrative support to senior team members, including managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Project Assistance: Assist with various special projects, conduct research, and compile information to support company initiatives.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and handle client or customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Basic IT and Systems Support: Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with managing office software and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
- Proven experience in an office assistant role or similar administrative position.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing principles.
- Strong writing skills for creating engaging and informative blog content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
