Description:
Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family oriented, private club and golf course centrally located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village off of Belleview and I25. As a part of our facilities team, you will contribute to a comprehensive facilities maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep program to maintain the quality of our club facilities. Your work may consist of repairs, maintenance, alterations, installations, troubleshooting, and responding to requests for service or assistance as part of a team. Some experience or expertise preferred, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn and work hard. This is a year round, full time, benefitted position.

Assist in maintaining clubhouse, halfway house, pool and surrounding structures, parking lots, walkways, stairways, driveways, and curbs.

Maintain and make general repairs to plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems. appliances, elevator, ventilation systems and building structures for the clubhouse, halfway house, pool, and surrounding structures. Under guidance or independently.

Maintain the structure and organization of maintenance and storage rooms. Safely storing tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and accessible manner.

Operate and utilizes all tools, supplies, and equipment in a safe manner and in the manner in which it is intended.

Monitor and inform regarding potential hazards, breakdown, or preventative maintenance necessary

This position Is expected to average 40 hours a week and will qualify for the following benefits:

Sick and Vacation pay up to 48 and 80 hours a year respectively - accrued based on hours worked.

This position is classified as non-exempt. Hourly wage: $22-$24 an hour DOE
