OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, the Cultivation Technician will perform various tasks throughout the cultivation department as assigned by leadership.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform cultivation tasks; including all plant work: transplanting, defoliation, skirting, etc.
Input of any daily logs and data collection.
Execution of various irrigation tasks
Integrated Pest Management
Waste Disposal
Inventory Management including assistance with daily tracking and METRC.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure climate / atmosphere is appropriate for plant health
Assist administration and regular inventory audits
MJ Freeway upkeep - ensure accurate records are maintained on a daily basis
Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
Perform in a manner consistent with company goals and values
Behave in a collaborative fashion, working with team members to improve efficiencies and optimization
Other Duties as Assigned based on business demands
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Basic knowledge of hydroponic growing methodologies, temparature and humidity manipulation and control
Basic knowledge of plant diseases, insects, fungi and IPM protocols
Ability to perform well under pressure
Ability to prioritize and manage time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend, reach, and squat periodically. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to work in hot and cool environments with constant changes in temperature and humidity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent G.E.D. 1- 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment or agriculture preferred.
