Mobility City works with customers to find the mobility devices they need and are looking for. The Mobile Service Technician will be working with these customers for the delivery, installation, and repair of mobility products. We are a small company and this position will be working closely with the owner and will learn the business as a whole. No experience needed. Training, tools, and delivery vehicle will be provided. We are looking for someone who knows how to have fun in the work place will still get the job done. We are looking for a full-time, long-term employee who wants a company they can grow with. Must be able to lift 100+ pounds daily.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- "White Glove Delivery" for products purchased and rented by our customers
- Unpacking, assembly, and warehousing of new inventory as well as rental inventory.
- Maintenance/repair of rental equipment as necessary.
- Repair of customer products in-store and on-site.
- Assist with answering phones, providing pricing and product information, and answering customer service questions.
- Maintenance and care of delivery vehicles and equipment
- Hours will be 36 during the work week and 4 (10am-2pm) on Saturdays. Possible rotations for Saturdays. No Sundays.
Employee Pay Increases will be reviewed at the 6 month and 1 year marks of employment. then after it will be based on a yearly time frame.
