We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative QM professional with first-hand experience in defining, standardizing, and implementing SAP QM processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or warehouse executing and/or managing QM processes, including but not limited to Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots, Results Recording and Usage Decision, Batch Management, Incoming/Outgoing Inspection, In-process Inspection, Scrap/Rework and Document Management Systems. Additionally, the candidate will also have strong technical SAP QM knowledge and experience with global QM data governance. This individual will have strong communication skills and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts around the globe. He/she will showcase his/her solid knowledge of Quality Management in conjunction with SAP QM solutions, project management and change management skills.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:

Collaborate with Regional/local Quality teams on new process requirements and define business rules for any exceptions to the global standard process

Liaise with IT Business Relationship Managers on requirements, key projects, and SAP solutions that meet our business requirements

Translate business requirements into related configuration/functional specification documents and work with IT to define and implement solutions to meet our customer requirements and compliance
-
Perform field and value mappings associated with data conversion efforts
-
Perform system demonstrations designed to showcase the existing standard SAP functionality and secure buy-in from customers and key stakeholders, while identifying any gaps, and/or requirements

Provide support and subject matter expertise during the execution of testing activities and drive resolution for issues identified during testing

Define and document all process flows, SOPs, and develop training materials for end-user training
-
Deliver end user training and/or conduct train the trainer workshops according to the training plans/schedules
-
Provide subject matter expert support during cutover and go-live activities and perform tasks assigned as part of cutover plan

Provide support and resolve end user issues post go live

Facilitate weekly meetings with IT for resolution of production tickets

Facilitate testing and approve all transports to production environment for any enhancements or system modifications

Serve as a functional Manager for QM Operations and data team based in GSS Hyderabad, India
Requirements:
-
Experience within QM, including Quality SAP Best Practice, Inspections, Batch Management, MRB and Scrap/Rework
-
Significant experience in SAP design, prototyping, configuration/build and testing activities, specifically in Plan to Deliver SAP PP/QM processes

Multiple (over 4) SAP implementation full life-cycle experience

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Solid analytical/problem solving skills
-
Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.

Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
