QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Management Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.
Duties:

Support daily planning, integration, synchronization, execution, and assessment activities supporting DCS G-3/5/7 priorities and Army initiatives requiring a working knowledge of the most current Army Vision (AV), Army Strategy, and National Defense Strategy.

Provide analytical support to Joint Proponent office developing recommendations for Department of Defense (DoD) and Army Senior Leaders.

Review and analyze DoD and Army guidance and assess implications to Action Plans.

Assist in development of Army responses to Questions for the Record for Congress.

Assist in providing Army-wide updates via HQDA G-3/5/7 Army Synchronization Meetings.

Coordinate the development and oversee the maintenance of the Plan of Action and Milestones.

Participate and/or run meetings and working groups with other DoD and/or interagency organizations and provide written executive summaries from meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS Office products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.

Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.

Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.

Experience working in headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands.

Familiarity with HQDA structures.
-
Familiarity with Security Cooperation activities and concepts.
-
Preference for familiarity with Civilian Harm Mitigation and Response.
Required Clearance:

ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
At least five (5) years of related experience required.

Military Staff experience at a headquarters-level (Combatant Command, service headquarters, Joint Staff, etc.) preferred.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position, other than daily commute.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).
