Job Summary:
We Help is a staffing agency looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to be placed at our client's fast-paced logistics and warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish or English and Chinese fluently, and has a knack for problem-solving and providing excellent customer service. After a 3-month period, the candidate could be hired directly by the client and could be eligible for additional benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish or English and Chinese
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Uphold phone etiquette standards during interactions
-Create and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Chinese languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software.
-Previous experience in customer service & warehouses preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Multilingual abilities beyond English and Spanish are a plus
- Capacity to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
NOTE:
-This role involves moving around the warehouse as needed to coordinate dispatching activities. The position is not strictly a desk/office position and will require physical presence in the warehouse, no lifting is involved.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
