Duties:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer preferences
- Create and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
- Oversee print advertising initiatives to increase brand visibility
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage marketing budgets
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and building strong customer relationships
- Assist with service management, including pricing, positioning, and competitive analysis
- Coordinate advertising efforts, both online and offline, to maximize brand exposure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in digital marketing and Google platforms
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
- Familiarity with print advertising processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Budgeting experience, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of product management principles, including pricing strategies and competitive analysis
- Familiarity with various advertising channels, both online (e.g., Google Ads) and offline

A Wound Care Marketer is typically responsible for promoting wound care products and services to healthcare professionals and Agencies. Their duties may include:
- Developing marketing strategies to promote wound care products and services.
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Educating healthcare professionals about the benefits and usage of their company’s wound care products.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
- Collaborating with sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Organizing and attending medical conferences, seminars, and meetings.

Pay: $43,634.01 - $52,548.48 per year
