We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and supporting various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Transcribe documents as needed
- Collaborate with team members on projects as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience in customer service is preferred
