MDI Health is looking for a passionate and innovative pharmacist with a strong clinical background to join our team. This position would be reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, working primarily with our Operations team, and involves a variety of responsibilities (listed below) with the opportunity for growth as the position and organization evolves.
The position is a full-time, remote position based in the NYC metro (Manhattan/Bronx) area supporting a client.

What you’ll do
- Perform comprehensive medication reviews as part of MDI’s clinical services program.
- Present education sessions to providers and provider support staff.
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for delivery of recommendations and eliciting provider feedback.
- Provide clinical support to MDI clients and vendors as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- PharmD. Degree from an accredited university
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of New York
- Must be available for on-site visits to provider groups, located primarily in the NYC metro area (Manhattan/Bronx), with reliable transportation.
- BCPS, BCACP or BCGP certification (other board certifications may be considered depending on experience)
- 3-5 years of pharmacy practice experience
- Experience in an ambulatory care clinic setting
- Experience in medication management/MTM, disease state management, patient care services
- Self-starter, ability to work independently
- Ability to use and work with new technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
