Qualifications:

Degree in Information and Communications Technology, Business or other related field

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar Sales Leadership role
-
Experience in developing and executing new go-to-market strategies nationally and internationally – both internally and externally
-
Proven relationship management skills, including the ability to influence across multiple levels and across business units and divisions
-
A solid understanding of systems and digital technology
- Strong commercial acumen and managing to a strict annual budget
-
Experience working in public companies or enterprise level companies, preferably with global Ops
-
Experience with government divisions
-
Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
-
Parent company – subsidiary exposure
- Demonstrated track record with business case development
- Experience working with off-shore and outsourcing
- Proven experience in reporting and communication

Leadership and influencing skills with sound judgement

Understanding of and experience in effective change management

Exceptional Sales Management, Sales Process, and Business Development skills

Limited International Travel Required on an as need basis
