Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service for our real estate agency, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to our real estate services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with inquiries about property listings, scheduling appointments, and other real estate services.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and agency services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.15 - $25.87 per hour
