We’re looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our front desk reception team (Full Time). Your primary job will be answering phones and general office administrative duties. The receptionist provides professionalism realizing this position is the first point of contact for office visitors and telephone calls. Compensation:
$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Answers and directs telephone calls in a friendly, energetic, personable, and professional manner.

Greets all office guests in the same manner as answering the phones.

Collect any deliveries and distribute them to the appropriate department.

Maintain a neat and tidy reception area.

Assists in maintaining office kitchen supplies are stocked.

Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:-
High School diploma or GED required.

Knowledge of general office computer programs and can quickly learn to use the new programs.

Excellent customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
