Electrical Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive in Dallas, TX is between $160,000 and $200,000 plus incentives/bonus plan

Electrical Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for project budget, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and reporting any financial issues.
- Responsible for managing project managers and crews.
- Develop schedule and plan, including manpower, engineering, and vendor needs.
- Estimate and procurement of material needs, value engineering and manage change orders.
- Communicate with other project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followed.
- Ensure project is running safely, effectively and on schedule.
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestones.
- Ensure quality control throughout project, as well as jobsite safety.
Electrical Project Executive Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements.
- Individual project experience $30M+ within Healthcare or Mission Critical.
- Working knowledge of Accubid estimating software a plus.
- Project experience must include commercial and industrial electrical construction projects and lighting projects.
- Successful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and more.
- 10+ years of experience managing and estimating electrical construction and lighting projects.
- Ability to create, maintain, and amend construction schedule as needed.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Must have stable employment history.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
