Responsibilities and Duties:
-Communicate and interact with our overseas shipping team, US office, carriers, vendors, and customers, as well as warehouse and customer service representatives to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and service.
-Create best practices and SOP for all imports, domestic, and export shipping via carrier air, ocean, or rail.
-Trace, track, and expedite shipping/delivery processes
Position Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree is required.
-1+ years of experience in a Freight forwarding operation is preferred.
-Must be detailed orientated, highly organized, and able to multi-task.
-Must be a team player, confident and self-driven.
-Must have an authorized work permit in the US.
-Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is required.
