- This is a remote work opportunity for a licensed and experienced insurance customer service representative with at least 5 years licensed P&C experience. Experience with Allstate, State Farm or Farmers required. Candidates should reside in the state of California.
- Insure clients are educated about their insurance options and guide them in selecting coverage. Be a Trusted Advisor to the client.
- Develop opportunities and cross-sell additional lines of business/protection.
- Address customers questions about policies, make policy changes/endorsements, take payments, address underwriting conditions.
- Answer inbound phone and email queries from existing client base. Outbound call clients to review policy coverage, collect payments, and address policy changes.
- Respond to carrier and third policy requests for policy support, documentation, and policy changes and renewals.
- Lead client retention efforts with exceptional service and advice.
