This is a job opening for a job site superintendent, to manage and oversee the construction of custom homes. This is a full time position, job site construction management is required.
I. PREPARE FOR AND ATTEND COMPANY MEETINGS
II. MANAGE SCHEDULES
- Keep schedules updated – report schedules weekly.
- Maintain daily written log of activities on all job sites.
- Schedule subcontractors and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate schedule
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
III. MANAGE JOBSITES- FROM PERMIT APPLICATION TO COMPLETION.
- Open the job site at the beginning of the day and secure the job site at the end of the day.
- Walk all projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensure schedules are always up to date and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare for meetings with internal team, subcontractors and vendors, and clients.
IV. MANAGE SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS/ORDERS

V. MANAGE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
- Communicate with clients and meet with them when required.
- Take weekly photos of houses under construction and upload to shared MCH files.
VI. MANAGE WARRANTY PROCESS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
