The Facility Operations Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Facilities and/or the Director or Manager of Facilities with coordinating office schedules and assignments to ensure the Department’s functionality. The Facilities Operations Coordinator primarily performs administrative tasks within the Facilities Department and assists with directing and/or coordinates tasks and assignments for administrative staff and technical/maintenance staff. This position is responsible for the organization and maintenance of the Department’s administration databases and ensuring operations in normal and emergency situations. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center and the Facilities Department. Starting Salary: Based on experience.
