ChefAdvantage is growing! We are seeking a highly motivated Chef Manager to join our team of Culinary Professionals at a beautiful Independent K-12 school in Statesboro, GA.

We do provide catering services to our clients and occasional night and weekend events will occur.

What will I be doing?
The Chef Manager is responsible for all aspects of the dining program including:
· Developing and maintaining Client and Customer relationships
· Producing top quality meals
· Managing and training your staff
· Financial reporting
· Implement and maintain HACCP standards
· Creating a positive team environment
· Ordering and inventory
· Delivering budgeted financial results
· Deliver top notch catering results
What do I need to bring to the table?
· Three to five years of culinary management experience with inventory, purchasing, and cost control knowledge
· Culinary degree preferred but not required
· Knowledge of current food trends
· Strong work ethic and integrity
· Passion for food and service
