Selecting and crafting instructional materials finely tuned to each classroom's requirements.

Dynamically assessing student performance and recalibrating goals to match individual levels of mastery.

Developing comprehensive academic programs that caterto the diverse learning styles of each student.

Designing personalized learning plans and delivering individualized instruction.

Contributing to Miami-Dade Public School meetings for Matrix review and re-evaluations of inactive IEP students.

Actively participating in semesterly student progress meetings to track development.

Conducting thorough teacher observations and providing valuable feedback for professional growth.

Collaborating closely with speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and board-certified behavior analysts to ensure holistic student support.

Leading professional development initiatives for educators to foster continuous improvement.

Overseeing the creation and evolution of tailored Individualized Learning Plans.

Attending professional development conferences to remain updated on emerging trends and methodologies.

Spearheading the production and updates of the school yearbook.

Facilitating bi-weekly meetings with lead teachers to foster collaboration, gather insights, and address improvement opportunities.
Individualized Learning Plan

The individualized learning plan is designed to address their unique learning needs and ensure they receive appropriate educational support.

Assessments are tailored to the student’s needs, ensuring that their abilities and progress are measured accurately and meaningfully.

The individualized learning plan provides a list of accommodations (e.g., extended test time, visual schedules, assistive technology) and modifications (e.g., simplified instructions, modified assignments) to help the student access the curriculum effectively.
PROGRESS MONITORING

Data is collected through our program summary sheet where all percentage scores are added in each student’s book.

Mastery Criteria: 3 consecutive days of 90% or greater responding

Weekly review of our student books to master and or modify goals if needed.
