We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.
As the hub of our in-house photo studio, you'll be the driving force behind high-quality imagery for our multi-brand apparel business. This on-site opportunity is for a highly organized and results-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and creative execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.
These professionals will be responsible for:
· Serve as the central point of contact between the Senior Producer, photo studio team, and internal business units requesting services.
· Intake new requests, meticulously reviewing briefs and gathering all necessary information to initiate projects effectively.
· Define project scope, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for each stage (pre-production to post-production).
· Facilitate seamless project kick-off, briefing the Senior Producer, production and post-production teams for clarity and alignment.
· Monitor progress, proactively identifying potential deviations and initiating corrective actions.
· Assist in trafficking product samples and moving photo studio assets through internal/external approval processes.
· Provide project management support to the post-production team, ensuring high-quality final assets timely delivery.
· Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
· Negotiate revised deadlines with business stakeholders, advocating for quality and capacity.
· Update project status daily in a web-based project management tool, we use Wrike.
· Report directly to the Senior Project Manager, providing updates and collaborating on broader goals.
· Continuously analyze process and identify areas for improvement, optimizing workflows for future projects.
The ideal applicants must possess:
· Minimum 3 years of experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment, ideally within photo studio or marketing teams.
· Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and creative execution, satisfying both parties.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
· Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and clear information flow across teams.
· Detail-oriented and analytical mind, capable of spotting and resolving potential issues promptly.
· Working knowledge of photography workflows across all stages.
· Strong understanding of brand guidelines and retailer specifications to ensure compliance.
· Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable negotiating deadlines while maintaining quality and team morale.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
