CHD's recovery home for adolescent males is seeking full time clinicians to provide a balance of traditional clinical approaches with a strong emphasis on life skills support and community, family and peer connections. Clinicians will provide specialized programming that recognizes and addresses treatment needs, trauma-informed care, and recovery supports. Clinicians will be responsible for conducting individual, group, and family therapy; conducting preliminary screening interviews and new client intakes; providing on-the-floor support to direct care staff as needed; participation in a monthly on-call supervisor rotation. These services will be provided in a culturally competent system of care that considers differences of race, culture, language, ethnicity, class, and sexual orientation. Availability: Tuesday thru Saturday 12-8 or Sunday thru Thursday.
Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required, as is a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Experience with youth and providing developmentally-appropriate substance use services is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Shift Availability: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 11-7 or 12-8. Must have weekend flexibility.
