Description:
ACE Solar, one of the area's fastest growing solar companies, is looking to add energetic, self-motivated individuals to sell PV Solar Systems to Commercial and Industrial prospects as well as EPC services to Solar Developers.
Successful candidates must have a proven track record of prospecting, proposing and closing projects from 200kW to 20MW, must be a team player and be willing to work hard to build a future in renewable energy. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, and be really good with numbers, have a strong ability to self-manage and display the ability to grasp and reiterate solar energy concepts. We take a low-pressure, consultative approach to selling solar, ensuring our clients are comfortable with their decision to invest in their business.

Responsibilities include:
· Create financial proposals with provided pricing tools
· Attend meetings with potential clients to explain the value of installing solar
· Communicate with your own and company-provided leads for sales development
· Manage customer expectations related to project timelines and milestones
· Track and make notes of sales activities within our CRM
Requirements:
· Driver’s license
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· 3+ years of sales experience (Solar specific experience is required)
· Knowledge solar incentives and programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
