JOB PURPOSE: This position will provide support and assist in various administrative duties, including but not limited to:
-Monitor e-mail to department to assist with scheduling, document delivery and misc. items
- Review files to request and obtain information necessary to complete closing
- Obtain necessary authorization and request payoffs
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness, obtain necessary authorization to disburse, issue checks, and submit documents for recording
- Recordings: Review documents to be submitted for recording to ensure completeness and accuracy; compliance with technical and legal requirements and accept or reject documents accordingly.
- Read, understand, and compare legal descriptions
- Obtain necessary title insurance requirements.
--background in banking or another title company is a plus
