Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and coordinating staffing needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills in ATS, research, lead generation, scheduling, and internal recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize various platforms for lead generation and sourcing of potential candidates
- Conduct research to identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential hires
- Negotiate offers and manage the on boarding process
- Utilize scheduling systems like AxisCare, Outlook, and other tools for tracking candidate progress
- Assist with internal recruiting efforts to promote employee retention
- Pickup shifts as need for last minute call outs
- Be professional and reliable
- Someone who wants to market and assist with the growth of the company
Experience:
- Proven experience in staffing coordination
- Familiarity with healthcare for recruitment purposes
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with candidates
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus
- Proficiency in using tools like ADP, Axiscare, or similar HR software
- Home Healthcare experience
- Experience with scheduling
