The Purchasing Administrator/Analyst will analyze fuel data to create saving opportunities within the fuel program, monitor and review purchasing initiatives, and measure the usage to make sure we are optimizing purchases. Also making sure all discounts and rebates are working within the system correctly and developing commentary regarding the results This position will review current processes within the department and create process improvements with metrics and controls. They will assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks within the purchasing team.
Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Position Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Purchasing and Accounts Payable
- Update users and handle general requests in EFS, Amtrav, and Coupa
- Pull and analyze procurement spend data
- Manage Pcards, approve users and monitor for fuel costs
- Approve expense reports and purchase orders
- Handle billing for various vendors
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports
- Order office supplies
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of business experience
- Data manipulation and analytical skills.
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Coupa experience preferred
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.
