Overview:
We are seeking individuals to join our team for Rosy Recruits in Houston! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the event industry and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Set up and tear down event equipment, mostly decor but not limited to: floral arrangements, vases, rental items, linens etc.
- Assist with event setup, packing/unpacking hard-goods and floral, loading/unloading, centerpieces, on-site decor, and ensuring a completing task smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during events.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure the successful execution of events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends, as most events occur during this time, flexible with slight time change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Prior experience in the event industry is a plus, but not required
Please note that all positions at our company are paid through our application, including internship positions. We value your time and contributions. Training starting rate is $16. On completion of training pay increase $2 to $4 will be applied (amount determined on skill-sets and availability).
