Our client is a growting healthcare start up in need of a Data Quality Coordinator who is a rockstar with Excel!
We are seeking someone who can:
- Coordinate and execute data projects from beginning to end
- Oraganize MS Excel files for formatting and data management.
- Main responsibility is to ensure client's data is accurate and maintain databases for data storage and retrieval
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Feels comfortable talking to clients and sharing best practices with them
- Strong organization and customer management skills are very important
- Collect, clean, and organize data for analysis purposes
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in database management and data quality management
- Strong Excel skills to anticipate data trends and patterns
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience in data collection, processing, and analysis
This role is less IT focused and more related to business operations, data quality management, and interacting with internal teams and external customers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data coordination, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
