JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for developing strong relationships with existing client base, inclusive of connecting with key business executives for the purpose of strategic account growth. Individual will work with cross-functional peers to ensure services rendered are in accordance to client specifications and contractual commitments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating with sales lead and internal support terms to implement insurance, assistance, and TPA services, inclusive of communicating service scope, client coordination, and contract review and execution.
- Act as liaison between all internal operational teams and external client.
- Grow and expand account financials via upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual meetings with client.
- Monitor financial results to ensure that financial targets and met and explain deviations.
- Support quarterly forecast exercises, including aligning with client’s base to understand how their growth/loss will impact these financials.
- Attend and participate on all internal project and operational discussions that require AM support, including but not limited to service improvement plans.
- Participate in coordinating accounts receivable actions in conjunction with internal and external finance teams
- Develop and execute renewal strategies, inclusive of terminating accounts deemed unprofitable by UW team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Business or Marketing preferred

At least 5-7 years of experience in claims or healthcare industry

Experience in International TPA or Assistance required. Domestic U.S. TPA or Assistance experience is preferred but not required.

U.S. travel insurance experience preferred.

Project management skills preferred.

Experience in utilizing Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Portuguese preferred.
