We are searching for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to build their own business through helping clients plan for expected and unexpected life events with personalized insurance solutions. This role includes a base salary, plus commission and can lead to agency ownership for those interested. The average associate agent typically makes $50,000 to $60,000 in the first year with opportunity for growth thereafter.

Responsibilities
- Primarily, this position is suited for individuals seeking a sales-oriented role, as sales activities constitute 80% of the daily responsibilities.
- Candidates must be prepared to accompany new agents on appointments during their training phase.
- The right candidate needs to be able to support the District Manager in coordinating and conducting training sessions for both new and existing sales agents.
- Offer guidance and assistance to sales agents to aid them in achieving their sales objectives and advancing their professional growth.
- Collaborate with District Managers to create training materials, presentations, and other resources.
- Conduct sessions to enhance sales agents’ understanding of insurance products, policies, and operational procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new sales agents, ensuring they receive thorough training and ongoing support.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to sales agents to help them enhance their performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide current and pertinent information to sales agents.

Requirements:
- Possession of a Property & Casualty Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one).
- Possession of a Life & Health Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one).
- Demonstrated success in sales, especially in insurance sales, is beneficial.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging and motivating others.
- Must have effective organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software tools.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Strong motivation to develop and expand your own business.
