```Duties:```
- Manage and oversee the parts department operations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock levels and order history
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and orders
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify and source necessary parts for repairs
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for data entry and tracking
```Requirements:```
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in purchasing and managing inventory in an automotive or related industry
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and supply chain management
- Proficient in data entry and utilizing computer systems for inventory management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
