Location: Plainsboro, NJ ( 100% onsite- Hybrid)
As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Minimum 10+ years of integration experience

MuleSoft certified architect
-
Design and Architecture:
-
Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

Define and document integration patterns, best practices, and standards.
-
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Implementation:
-
Oversee the implementation of Mulesoft solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy Mulesoft integrations.
-
Provide hands-on leadership in the development of complex integrations and API management.

Technical Leadership and C4E
-
Serve as the technical expert for Mulesoft, guiding teams on integration best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor and train junior developers and other team members on Mulesoft technologies.
-
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.

Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mulesoft solutions within the broader IT ecosystem.

Performance
Optimization:
-
Monitor and optimize the performance of MuleSoft integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance and functionality.

Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring.

Documentation and Compliance:
-
Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, designs, and implementations.

Ensure solutions comply with security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
