Senior Sales Executive RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
RevMax, LLC (www.revmaxpro.com) is seeking a high-energy, go-getter Senior Sales Executive to sell Zero Balance & several RCM services like Coding Audits, Billing, Appeals etc.
Responsibilities: Responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients to uncover needs for Zero Balance & Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services including Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, Medical Appeals Management, AR & Denial Management services & RCM Analytics. Build a pipeline of prospects and widen the contact base in each Provider account. Leverage relationships and work closely with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, Billing Managers, Practice Owners & Physicians. Will be responsible for working a complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification to closing the deal.

Qualifications :Previous experience in selling Coding, Medical Billing, RCM software & RCM Services
Previous experience in selling Practice Management Software, RCM Software, Clearing House Software, EMR software, Patient billing software. Experience selling Medical Billing Services into mid to large-sized ASCs ( Ambulatory Surgery Centers) and acute care hospitals, Free Standing ER & Urgent cares, large Multi Physician Medical Practices, Behavioral and Mental Health Practices, Specialty outpatient practices like Cardiology, Urology, Ortho & Mid to large Hospitals & Health Systems.
Experience generating RCM business from new accounts. Proven new business development track record with direct CFO & C level healthcare client relationships. A true "hunter" experience prospecting, sales presentations, demos of software, networking, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans. Proven selling and persuasion skills. Exceptional ability to comfortably speak with and present to prospective clients at all levels of an organization
Excellent communication skills, High Energy, Self-motivated, go-getter
- 5+ years of experience in selling RCM services and RCM software
- Experience generating business from new accounts
- Established relationships with Healthcare providers is a big plus
- Proven new business development track record with direct client relationships
- Must have experience cold calling, networking, implementing and executing strategic sales plans
- Proven selling and persuasion skills
- Exceptional ability to comfortably speak with and present to prospective clients at all levels of an organization
