Overview:
Provides effective quality service through telephone or electronic interactions with members by using effective listening skills to identify financial needs. Offers solutions to account problems or concerns, troubleshoots complex account issues, and accurately and efficiently completes transactions. Demonstrates ability to make quality referrals and maintains extensive product knowledge on a full range of financial products and services. Interviews and accurately processes a variety of consumer loan products.

Compensation:
Minimum $19.60/hour
Maximum $33.33/hour
Applicant with a desired mix of knowledge, skills, and abilities could anticipate $25.00 - $26.66
Qualifications:
Two years of vocational or college level education in general studies, business, finance, or related field, preferred.
Completion of Achieving Service Excellence and related lending trainings, BVS and other courses assigned.
