Job Title: Shampoo Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shampoo Assistant to join our team at Hair Lôndrē. The Shampoo Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting with shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients' hair for various salon services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic salon spa environment and contribute to creating a memorable experience for our clients.
Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and escort them to the shampoo area
- Shampoo and condition clients' hair using appropriate products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shampoo area
- Provide scalp massages during shampooing as part of the client experience
-Train in Japanese Head Massages
-Social Media Marketing Preferred
- Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
Skills:
- Familiarity with braiding techniques is REQUIRED
- Basic understanding of front desk operations in a salon spa setting
- Familiarity with hair extensions is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
