Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to join our team. This individual will oversee all aspects of our businesses, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and growth. The first priority will be to lead the Landmark Bar & Kitchen location in Fort Worth, focusing on enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency. Following this, the role will oversee the construction and staffing of two new locations currently under construction in Addison, TX. The ideal candidate will be able to balance a big-picture strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
**Operational Management:**
- Oversee daily operations of the Landmark Bar & Kitchen location in Fort Worth, ensuring it delivers exceptional guest experiences and operates profitably.
- Develop, implement, and monitor systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve company goals.
**Customer Experience:**
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by continuously improving service quality and creating memorable experiences at Landmark.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather and act on guest insights, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Train staff on exceptional customer service standards and practices, fostering a guest-centric culture.
**Team Development:**
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to manage the Landmark Bar & Kitchen location effectively.
- Hire and create a Sales team to actively pursue private events
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
**Expansion and Construction:**
- Oversee the construction and setup of two new locations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the city, contractors, architects, and designers to ensure the new locations meet our standards and brand identity.
- Recruit and hire staff for the new locations, ensuring they are properly trained and prepared for opening.
**Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Work closely with senior management to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
- Maintain a big-picture perspective while ensuring that all details are addressed and handled effectively.
**Festival and Event Management:**
- Oversee the planning and execution of food and beverage festivals, ensuring they are well-organized and profitable.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and leading diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Must be able to balance a big-picture strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
