Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in customer service, shipping and logistics, inventory control, and be extremely detail-oriented. This role requires a critical thinker with the ability to lead a team, coordinate with multiple departments and vendors, and operate independently while maintaining accountability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Expertise:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Shipping and Logistics:
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
- Liaise with shipping carriers and manage relationships to ensure high service levels.
- Inventory Control:
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory trends and forecast future needs to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Attention to Detail:
- Ensure all documentation, including shipping labels, invoices, and inventory records, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify and correct errors in inventory records, shipping documents, and customer orders.
- Organizational Skills:
- Develop and maintain efficient organizational systems for managing inventory, shipping, and logistics.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Accountability and Reliability:
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and dependability in all tasks and duties.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion, ensuring high-quality results.

- Work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to manage inventory and logistics effectively.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Develop and present reports on inventory levels, shipping performance, and operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in customer service, shipping and logistics, and inventory control.
