Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, including data collection and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure treatment goals are met.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
