We are currently seeking eager Health Insurance Agents to join our team for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from potential clients seeking health insurance coverage
- Provide expert guidance and advice on available health insurance options
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health insurance plans based on their needs
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of limited medical plans, ACA plans, and life insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in health insurance policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Health Insurance Agent or similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work long hours and most Saturdays during Open Enrollment
- Availability for a 9-5 schedule with occasional Saturdays outside of Open Enrollment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Proficient in using computer software for insurance quoting and policy management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration and market trends is desirable

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
