Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Perform routine custodial duties for outdoor grounds and the interior of the facility on a scheduled, rotational basis, including following a checklist of activities.
Assist facilities personnel to perform basic carpentry and finish skills, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on equipment and the facility.
Assist with job preparation including preparing for painting, minor drywall repair, wood trim repair, light bulb replacements, HVAC filter replacement, and assist with clean-up of areas, as needed.
Learn on the job about the various machinery and equipment present on-site and learn basic preventive and troubleshooting maintenance and over time address issues without direct supervision.
Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job:
Standing for long periods. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance in a safe manner and lifting heavier or other movement tasks with assistance including downstairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

- Perform other job-related duties, as requested.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is preferable.
- Submit to a company-paid drug screening and background check.
- Train and learn to safely operate warehouse equipment (i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Willingness to work in chemical-based environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
