Job Responsibilities:

The project manager ensures that each project is completed in a timely manner on schedule, within budget, and meets all technical and financial standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectations.

Coordinating all contract activities from the project award stage to completion of the project and providing a progress review of projects to ensure that contract documents are consistent with the required scope of the project.

Collaborate with the internal sales staff, superintendents, branch and/or regional leadership to ensure a successful project from both the financial and customer perspectives.

Periodically visit and work on job sites.

Administrative duties that include customer billing, collecting payments, and other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the leadership team or requested by the customers.
Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge of the principles of cost estimating, scheduling and contract administration.

Possess proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines.

Must be able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and others in contact with the job.

Previous project management experience is a plus.

Prior elevator or construction experience is a plus.
Education:

High School Degree or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business administration preferred.
Location: The preferred locations for this role are Las Vegas, Denver, and Dallas. In-office work at an Otis office will be required.
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
