Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hospice Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hospice experience. Management experience is a plus. Knowledge of hospice regulations, billing, and CHAP requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support clinic staff, including training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee medical management processes to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Monitor clinic budget and expenses to optimize financial performance
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with hospice experience is a must
- Proven experience in healthcare management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
