St. Luke’s campus includes St. Luke’s Home, an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility and Park Avenue Villa, a 37-unit assisted living facility. St. Luke’s Home residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis.

This ad is for full-time (40 hours per week) day shift position with rotating weekends and holidays. The primary work locations include the geriatric psychiatric unit, consisting of up to 20 residents, within the long-term care nursing facility. Retention bonuses available for qualified new employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
- Directing nursing care to residents and supervises daily nursing activities performed by CNAs, MAs, and support personnel in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Assisting in planning/implementing nursing services, assisting resident admission, transfer, and discharge, and communicating resident issues/concerns.
Requirements include:
- Active nursing license (LPN or RN) verifiable with the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and teammates.
