The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for supervising Enlightened Recovery’s Ventnor evening IOP program by providing clinical supervision to staff and clinical services to clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with admissions, outreach, and utilization review. Responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization’s mission and vision, maintains a caseload, performs group therapy, and participates in a multi-disciplinary team approach. The work schedule is 4 days per week Monday – Thursday, 11:00am-9:00pm. Enlightened Recovery offers competitive wages, benefit packages, and a supportive work environment.

- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or health-related field
- A minimum of 5 years in the Alcohol and Drug counseling field, supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have LPC, LCSW and/or LCADC; CCS preferred.
- Knowledge of ASAM
- State and Federal Background, Education, Check
- Minimum of 2 years in Recovery
