Answering phone calls, replying to emails, and remotely connecting to our clients using our tools; our helpful service desk technicians use their awesome problem solving skills and IT knowledge to assist customers with connection, software configuration, and outage issues and decide when to escalate an issue or dispatch field technicians to resolve issues.
